Dialy normal working hours a job for 8 hrs in our country like goverment office. But in our country some of industries they are imposing to woker to stay their office up to 12 hours even more .Employee do not get extra benefit to stay office after 8 hours. Employer are imposing to employee to work more. In exchange employee do not get benefitted.
